The repeatability positioning accuracy is ±0.01mm. It offers four pitch specifications: 5/10/20/32mm. The maximum speed can reach 1600mm/s (with a pitch of 32mm), and the maximum travel is 1250mm. The maximum weight that can be moved horizontally is 110kg (with a pitch of 5mm), and the maximum vertical load is 33kg. The rated thrust is up to 1388N.
