We take the precision testing process as the core, from nano-scale surface finish to micron-scale motion accuracy, from 100 hours of dynamic simulation to millions of life verification, relying on three coordinate measuring instrument, laser interferometer, material metallographic analysis and other cutting-edge equipment, to build a full-dimensional quality control system.  Choosing us means choosing absolute control of quality. 
Linear Guideway Inspection ProcessClick to apply
1. Appearance and size inspection
Inspection items:
Surface quality: check the surface of the guide rail for scratches, rust, burrs.
Key dimensions: width, height, spacing of mounting holes (using digital calipers, CMM).
Parallelism/Perpendicularity: Laser interferometer to measure the straightness error of the whole length of the guideway (≤0.005mm/m).

2. Motion performance test
Testing items:
Sliding resistance: After installing the slider, test the no-load push and pull force with a tensiometer (need to comply with the nominal value ±10%).
Repeat positioning accuracy: laser interferometer test slider round-trip positioning deviation (such as ± 0.003mm).
Load rigidity: Apply rated load (e.g. 2000N) and measure the deformation with displacement sensor (≤0.01mm).

3.Quality and Reliability
All products of Pins Machinery are directly supplied by the original factory and support anti-counterfeiting traceability to ensure that every product purchased by the customer is 100% genuine, and the quality is completely synchronized with the original factory standards.
Ball Screw Inspection Process
1. Foundation accuracy testing
Detection items:
Lead error: laser interferometer to measure the cumulative error of the full travel of the silk rod (e.g. C5 level accuracy ≤ 0.023mm/300mm).
Axial clearance: fixed nut, micrometer to measure the axial runout of the screw rotating in forward and reverse direction (≤ 0.01mm).

2. Dynamic performance test
Testing items:
Transmission efficiency: ratio of input torque to output thrust (≥90% is qualified).
Temperature rise test: infrared thermometer detects the temperature rise of the nut after 1 hour of high-speed operation (≤ 45 ℃).
Noise test: Measure the noise value under rated speed in the muffler room (≤65dB).

3. Material and process verification
Testing items:
Surface hardness: Rockwell hardness tester to detect the hardness of screw threads (HRC58-62).
Metallographic organization: take samples to observe the metallographic structure of the material after heat treatment (need to be free of cracks and decarburization layer).
